MedStreak privacy statement

MedStreak · appgrid.eu · last updated 24 October 2026 · Nederlands

The short version

MedStreak stores everything on your phone. No account, no server, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. We cannot see your medication, your schedule or your history, because none of it ever leaves your device.

What the app stores, and where

Medications, schedules, dose history (including notes and injection sites), streaks, profiles, stock and settings are stored in a local database inside the app's own storage on your phone. Deleting the app deletes this data. The only copy outside the app is a backup file you export yourself, through the share sheet, to a place you choose.

Home-screen widget

The widget shows your streak and upcoming doses. To do that, the app writes a small summary (streak, today's and tomorrow's dose times and medication names) to a storage area on your phone that only the app and its widget can read. It is never uploaded.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone. They are not sent through any server. If you enable critical alerts for a medication, the app asks iOS for that permission; nothing about that choice is sent anywhere.

Purchases

MedStreak Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. The app receives only the store's confirmation that the purchase exists. We never see your payment details.

The doctor report

The PDF report is generated on your phone and handed to the share sheet. Where it goes after that is your choice.

Diagnostic log

The app keeps a short technical log (notification events, errors) on the device to help with support. It is only shared if you share it yourself.

Not a medical device

MedStreak reminds and tracks. It does not give medical advice, check interactions or recommend doses. Follow your doctor or pharmacist.
